OJSC "Urktelecom" ("Ukrtelecom") (telephony) - led the privatisation advisory consortium appointed by the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the US$ 1 billion privatization of the State-owned national telephony operator. Activities included formulating a new corporate strategy, assisting in the preparation of new laws for the telecommunications sector in Ukraine and coordinating the financial restructuring and privatisation activities.
Ukravtodor (PPP) - advised the State Roads Administration of Ukraine in the development of Public-Private-Partnership concessions and the development of the road and highway infrastructure of Ukraine and held a seat on the Committee appointed by the Cabinet of Ministers.
